I'm very concerened please help me.

I had unprotected sex last Saturday and yesterday and I woke up with ONE single bump on my lower shaft and I popped it and pus came out like a pimple, but does Herpes usually come in one bump? Because I read multiple forums and doctors said Herpes comes in multiple bumps is this true? I can't sleep or think without stressing about this.

Herpes can present as a single lesion. It's not uncommon. That being said what you describe is a pimple not a herpes lesion. Hsv lesions are fluid filled superficial water type blisters. Not puss filled
