Had unprotected sex for less than 30 seconds and stopped due to no condom.  Am uncircumcised so I have always had random redness under foreskin and on glan especially after sex.   Had blood test at 6, 9 and 12 weeks all negative.   I'm just paranoid and freaking out.  Of course after looking at symptoms then I start feeling random groin discomfort etc.  Should I go get tested again or is it all in my head.

4 months is better window period but at 3 months without even a low positive like 2.2 you can pretty much rest with confidence that it wont change at 4.
Also the rule book says that 8 weeks is a good indicator.
The bottom line is the longer you wait the better the confidence but again somewhere along the line between 8 weeks and 3 months a low positive should appear if a person has been recently infected.

I thank you for your response.  I have a feeling everything is just in my head.   It's funny how the mind can play tricks on you.  One more question in regards to the 12 week igg test.  When u look online the window period is very broad.  Some say most people test positive by 6 weeks.  Others say 3 to 4 months.  Others say six months.   What is your take on this.

Not herpes related

The discomfort is more like muscle or lymph node.  Not blister/sore.

First of all having symptoms  in the groin would not be from a recent exposure to herpes. The skin is to thick for outbreaks there and also first time outbreaks occur at point of contact like the shaft area. So if the groin did not make rubbing contact with her genital area you can rule out this as any herpes symptom.
Testing at the 12 week mark with a igG type specific would be conclusive results.
