Is herpes possible from a quick penis lick?

So a girl who looks like she had no sores or anything just lick with the tip of her tongue once on the side of my dick. Is there risk of herpes? There was no cut on tongue

No.  There is no risk of anything at all here.  One lick is not the same as receiving oral sex.  You seem quite preoccupied with the idea of getting herpes or some STD from saliva and licking.  If it bothers you that much, use a condom whenever someone touches your penis in any way.  It's no risk, but will prevent you having repeated questions.
