Is it herpes

I'm a 17 year old male
I had sex with a girl back in January and April, tested for HSV-2 in late June and it came back negative (<.90)
But I also had sex with the same girl in late June so the test wasn't really pertaining to that encounter. Her last sexual encounter with a different male was in late April and he wore a condom. She then also tested for HSV-2 in late June and it came back negative.
I am now (2 weeks later) having frequentish diarrhea like bowel movements only in the morning though and it burns for the rest of the day but only after I poop. It's fine when I wake up. it started 3 days ago before I had popped and when I woke up the next morning I was fine, but the burning started after I pooped again. Lasted for the rest of the day and was very mild. Then I woke up again this morning and the burning started after I started farting a lot and got a little worse after I pooped. But getting much better now
She has never had any sores or anything and neither have I. There's currently nothing on my Anal hole, it looks pretty normal
Could this be herpes

You're welcome. One more thing as an older guy giving you young bucks advice. Protected sex will protect you from many things. Pregnancy, bacterial std's, hiv. It is also very effective against hsv as well. I'm not preaching, just trying to help

Yeah, I always wear condoms but I know they don't completely protect against herpes
Thanks a lot though

For any one time exposure they are very good protection.

Depends on the person. Some have a very painful primary that can't go unnoticed. Some have very small mild lesions. Some have no symptoms at all.
