If it was herpes, how fast would a red bump turn into a blister and open up?
I found a red bump on my scrotum, its solid. If it was herpes how long would it take for it to turn to a blister and then open up? N would the bump itch or hurt if it was herpes? Also Can a herpe bump reduce its size after applying ointment
Yes it could. Doesn't sound like hsv lesions and the scrotum is rarely infected or the spot of outbreaks. I would visit your Dr or a dermatologist to see what's going on.
A day or so. This doesn't sound like hsv at all. Lesions are not hard and are on top of the skin (superficial) not under it.

It is on the skin. It looks like a rash bump, I got one n it went away, but last night another one popped up. It looked inflammed but through out the day it shrunk a bit. I'm currently having a rash reaction around my body could that b the reason why
