Visual is no way to diagnose herpes. Even a doctors visual opinion would not be credible. Only testing would confirm this. But from what you describe i would rest confident that its not herpes. Herpes lesions start off with a blister with clear fluid that opens and spreads to the surrounding area in a cluster type grouping. Yours is far from this.
Oh, OK. Thanks for your help Life360.
Is there any other adviser to look into my lesion to check if it's herpes or not?

Is there any reason? Since it's not accurate?
Thanks again.
1. no, i dont look at photos.
2.yes about 75%
3. Yes
4. General penis pain is not a herpes symptom.
Hi Life360
Thanks for your reply at first.
1. Did you see my photo right?
2. How many percentage of people can develop detectable antibody at 8week? Is there any data? I've heard that 6week is about 70~75%.
3. "The average lesion appears in a week, not 6 weeks later." <- Does this hold for HSV1 on genital?
4. Actually, I've been suffered by pain on my penis during last 5week. (since 3 week after unproted oral sex). And my doctor suggested drug for prostatitis. But, I think he didn't catch real root cause.
Thanks very much for your advice.
Hi, firstly you fall into a low risk group. Those most at risk are in long term mono relationships where one person is infected. If none of the girls had any lip sores at the time, your risk is close to zero so i would say you can comfortably assume its not a herpes lesion. Testing at the 8 week mark would be a good indicator and 3 months conclusive.
The average lesion appears in a week, not 6 weeks later. This falls outside the window period.
lesion is at center of the picture. quite small
