Grace help!!

2 night ago my girlfriend and I had sex, then yesterday I noticed a small patch of redness  aprox 5mm , 1 inch front the base of my penis on the shaft, I looked at it with a flashlight and it seemed like there was a small bump, kinda like a pimple but without a whitehead, I had to look very closely to see it. My gf had just shaved and I did feel the stubble when we were having sex. I figured the redness might have been from that. Today when I woke up it was still there, I bought a magnifying glass and used a flashlight and it looks like the bump isn't there but there seems to be a pin prick sized black head or scab, I'm freaking and I I'm gonna go to a clinic in a few hours once I can take a break from work. It doesn't particularly hurt, and doesn't itch. I wouldn't notice it if I didn't know it was there. Does this sound like it could be herpes? My gf doesn't have genital genital herpes,

well I think you need to seek out igg blood testing for peace of mind at this point. check with local herpes groups to see how you can get it done.

No I was not blood tested because my doctors said I never had any actual symptoms, and in my province they only do pcr swab tests if you have symptoms. I asked about blood test and they say they do not and will not do this or order it.

Ill help around the house if you answer this last question lol. My last sketchy encounter was 7 months ago, is it rare for symptoms to pop up after that long?

I swear I'm just gonna start inviting all of you with anxiety to my house and I'll keep you too busy to even think about your genitals!!  plenty of painting, house cleaning, dog walking and yard work to get done :D

I think your right almost all the time about these things. This was the first real visible things though so I freaked out. Maybe I just need to stop browsing this website every day lol

I think you are just really anxious in general about herpes so are taking extra interest in your genital area when previously you wouldn't have thought too much about things that went on down yonder? what do you think?

Just saw a doc, said it doesn't look like herpes, more like irritation from friction or a small cut. She gave me a carticosteroid to apply twice a day. What do you think about that?

I just find it weird that I keep getting all these different symptoms of stuff down there lately
