Interpretting my HIgG and HigM tests

I have had two tests in two months. DO I need a third to confirm that I do not have Type 2.
First Test results
H-IgG Type 1=    3.95 H
H- IgG type 2=    0,17

Second Test 1 week ago ( after 2 months from the firstt test)
H- IgG Typ1 = >5.0 H
H- IgG type 2= 0.11 H
Also H IgM test showed positive this time.

I am concerned because I presenlty have pain in my scrotum  and abdomen and sometimes burning in my srotum from inside.I had a random woman give me oral three weeks ago and I have this pain for 2 weeks now.there are however no other symtons, no itching , no fever, no bumps or blisters but the pain comes and goes away. All the bacteria tests  showed negative and only HIgM showed positive.the Urologist has asked me to have an ultrasound.
My concern here is that I hope i do not have genitical Herpes. as HIgm is positive. could this be bacause i could have had a reoccurence of my cold sore in the last two months as my HIgG Type 1 has increased causing my HIgM to show positive as well? anyways the urologist has asked me to have a test again after 4-6 weeks.

Please let me know.

Thanks Grace for the response. This will sound a stupid question but during a three some if the girl is down on someone and then blows me after  a gap of 30 seconds could her saliva be a carrier of Type 2.

also hsv1 is the risk with receiving oral sex. you already have it so there's no need for any additional herpes testing.

the herpes igm blood test is a greatly flawed test. it's being + really doesn't tell you anything at all.

your pain you've been experiencing doesn't sound at all herpes related. continue to follow up with your provider to try to get to the bottom of it.
