Low Positive HSV-2 igg. False positive?

I am a 26 year old woman in New York City. I had unprotected sex in October 2017, no symptoms for months, and got tested low positive 2.17 for HSV 2 about 12 weeks later in December 2017.
Then during my most recent period (January 12) I had itching, then painful blisters which opened, and scabbed over on my labia (possible outbreak?). This lasted for about a week and was my only symptom.
I get tested a month later, my HSV 2 igg comes back as 1.63 (which decreased from the first test of 2.17 igg).
I always had HSV 1 since I was young but always tested negative for HSV 2 until now.
1. Should I accept the low positive test results for HSV 2 (even though they decreased?) because I had an "outbreak" or should I seek more testing to see if it is a false positive? I went to two different OB/GYNs and they tell me that there is nothing they can do about it and to accept my results.
2. Why did my low positive igg levels decrease? (why are they still in the low positive range?)

Nov. 23. 2016
HSV 1 igg: 57.20
HSV 2 igg: (Negative)

Dec. 23. 2017
HSV 1 igg: 49.9
HSV 2 igg: 2.17

Jan 23. 2018
HSV 1 igg: 48.9
HSV 2 igg: 1.63

Keep in mind New York has some crazy laws about ahipping the blood. You may have to go to New Jersey to get it drawn and shipped

If I were you, I would get the Western Blot blood test, which can only be performed at the University of Washington. If you google "Hsv Western Blot serology", you will find a pdf that has both contact and ordering information.
