Mammary Intercourse - HSV Risk

Hi All,

Several days ago I visited an escort for mammary intercourse this was unprotected. Lubricant was rubbed onto my penis using her hands. The mammary intercourse lasted around 1 minute.

The next morning, I woke up with a lower back pain which I believe was due to sleeping on the couch. However, I also, developed a chest cold which is making me feel feverish. There’s also a numb feeling in both of my legs. Scarily, this sounds like the prodrome period.

From reading the forum, people have ruled out catching a STI from this activity but it does contradict other sources.

I’m extremely anxious and would love to hear input on this.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Herpes is spread by direct skin to skin contact, but it is mouth to mouth (oral hsv1), mouth to genital, genital to genital, and genital to anus. Mammary intercourse is not a risk.

Covid is still everywhere. You might just have a cold, or you could have covid. You should see your doctor.

Thanks for your help.

You're welcome. :)
Hi @auntiejessie

Thanks for your help last time around.

Is there really no risk of transmission of HSV from hands to genitals? Is was reading a post from Dr Handsfeld and he said he'd never seen it in 60 years or so.

I am anxious that potentially, it was on the hands of the individual. I was concerned about her hands, but let her rub lubricant on my penis for around 5 seconds, if so could this cause genital HSV?

Moreover, is it possible for you to get no outbreak but have weak legs and nerve pain, so pain in the lower calf, front and back of thighs as well as groin area. Do you think the people who complain of this have a different issue? Why do some many people complain about this, is it just the medical profession is unaware of this?

I went to see a doctor yesterday, because of this pain and he examined me for swelling in the groin etc - he saw nothing.

There is really no risk.

No, the nerve pain from herpes is caused by the process of an outbreak. Loads and loads of things cause nerve pain - hernias, slipped discs, bulging discs, pinched nerves, hip issues, etc. etc. - it's a really long list, and herpes isn't anywhere near the top of it. Herpes does not cause weak legs.

You had no risk for herpes. If you can't let this go, you should talk to a counselor about it, and perhaps to your doctor about your anxiety.

Just to add

I have no visible sores, just an intermittent tingling sensation on the left side. I noticed clear discharge after urination this morning.

I am from the UK and common cold season is here. But I’ve never had this numbness in the legs before when I’ve had a mild flu / cold.
