He said if there was no oral or penetration
Ther was no chance..and even symtoms can be in my head
Off all the reading up..
He said if there were to be any sores it would have shown in the first 3 to 4 days... nearly a week now...
Do you think I need to look out for anything else..

The odds of any STD/STI seem extremely remote. You can test discreetly for peace of mind, I'm sure all will be negative.

There was zero risk of HIV, this requires direct access from viral laden fluids to your blood stream. There is no way this happens here.
No bacterial STD would transfer into your penis tip this way.
Herpes is also essentially zero chance. Oral or vaginal sex would be required for any chance and even these are tiny. HSV2 does not transfer readily to hands at all.
