Need help interpreting HSV1 Test IGg & IgM results

Hi, I have been very paranoid about herpes I had protected sex with female friends and some prostitutes every now and then, I have never has symptoms except what I thought they were but they were false alarms like pimples. I've never had itching, blisters or pain, I d have Fordyce spots on my lips and shaft but that has been there ever since I can remember. However I am extremely paranoid to the point where I have to deal with extreme anxiety, it's like a huge weight on my chest and the fact that I read herpes can be asymptomatic doesn't help.

I took an AIDS test about 8-9 months after my last sexual encounter and it was negative [thank God] and I have been tested for HSV1 and HSV2 which came out as negative, granted it was a week or so after my last encounter so it's not valid [8 months back before my AIDS test]

8-9 months after my last encounter which was with a prostitute in which I had unprotected oral sex and protected sex [it lasted for a very short time as oral sex took a major part of the time] I had my HSV1 test, here are the results, the lab technicians said it was NEGATIVE, I was happy but it has parts that say negative and others positive so I'd like to know how to interpret it:

IgG: Herpes Virus Antibodies ( I )  Negative 0.00 UI/ml

Samples with values higher than 5 UI/ml are positive.

-

IgM: ( I ) Negative Index 0.087
Samples wit indices higher than 1.000 are positive

These are translated from Spanish as I'm in a Spanish country, they're from a very trusted laboratory that has been here since the 50's.

I'm getting the HSV2 test done this week out of pure paranoia and HSV1 done again. I've had very dry lips and I have had burning/tingling sensation [no itching] but no blisters at all, a family member who's a dentist says it's very likely to be B Vitamin deficiency and it has gotten better after taking some but I need to be on the safe side.

Also just recently I think I teared the tip of my urethra with a badly lubricated silicone vagina, it really hurts at times when it presses against my boxers, no blisters of any sort but this doesn't help at all with my anxiety.

Thank you for your help I truly appreciate it.

Thank you Grace, I truly appreciate your insight on this and your time, what you said put me at ease. I checked and it seems I was wrong about it being a cut, my urethra is red about 4mm's from the opening, seems to be an infection inside of it and the friction on my underwear really makes it hurt real bad at times, I'll see if I can make an appointment soon to have it checked.

if you were negative for herpes prior to your last encounter, if you had contracted it, you would've had a very obvious ob.  no real reason to think you contracted herpes from it.

follow up with your provider for the penis tear to make sure it's healing properly. Meanwhile try something as simple as putting a baby diaper rash cream on the area to protect it and help it heal.
