Need some answers
I had unprotected sex and in 10 hours I had irritation when I put on cloths. 24 hours later I had clear discharge after I went to the bathroom. I have no pain while peeing. I went to the doctor and got tested for gonorrhea as well as chlamydia. And got the medication for them. It's only been one day and no signs of anything changing. I'm freaking out I have herpes cause I have no pain peeing an have clear discharge. What does it seem I have? I haven't got the test results back yet.

It's been five days since having sex, almost 2 days of getting the medication. Should the irritation to the tip of my penis go away soon? As well as the discharge?
Herpes will not appear inside of two days and does not produce symptoms such as you describe. This will be a fungus or bacterial infection.
