Is it necessary that hiv positive can only have hsv?

Tingling is referred  to as prodome symptoms of herpes and is usually associated with someone that has already had a herpes breakout before. But in your case we dont know whats causing this and if you think its herpes related have a test now to see if you have hsv2 and retest in 3 months.

Hi, herpes symptoms dont start the very next day but 2 or 3 days after would be the  mininum time for a new infection. You need to test 3 months post exposure to have an accurate result.
