Herpes from massage
Alright well a few weeks ago i was tested for hsv-2 rapid test and shown up negative and I already have hsv-1... (been tested)... alright well i got a massage and no sexual activity whatsoever occurred although she did spend a lot of time on my buttocks... 4 days later I have what looks like acne in a few clusters on my buttocks and back of my thigh... It looks like acne, can't really pop them and sort of hard... (irritated pores?) Im not sure but my question is could i contract herpes hsv-1 or hsv-2 from her hands is she had herpes witlow or something... Like i said this is my only possible exposure since being tested and it is just odd that the acne is generally in 3 places... like three clusters... I wanted to know what you think

Yes i mean before the test the last time i recieved any sexual exposure was 3 months prior... My real only risk was this massage which was non sexual and im just nervous because of the acne or pimple on my buttocks...

I think that the experience that you describe poses no risk for getting herpes. Also, herpes would likely get worse with cortisone, not better. I would rely on the test that you had done for accuracy if you waited long enough from any risky sexual exposures to have your testing done. Did you do that?

i posted these a few days ago and still haven't received a response...?
update: after a few hours of applying corizone 10 cream they are dramatically getting smaller and seem to be going away...
none of these look like ulcers or the pictures of herpes ulcers on google but I know herpes can look like other things too...
when i say cluster i mean 3 or 4 pimples fairly close together... they are like blemishes or pimples but no fluid is inside them... looks like irritated pores, could be from the oils? In any case I scratched some of them and they started to bleed and have scabbed over... Im not sure if any of this helps ... i've also never actually had sex, just oral sex and that I was just tested for 3 months after my possible exposure...
