Numbness with gential herpes?

I was just diagnosed with GH. When symptoms started on Tuesday (I thought it was a yeast infection) I noticed when I would lay down that my right thigh would "fall asleep"/Go numb though when I would stand on it the sensation would go away. I woke up this morning and the feeling is throughout my entire right thigh (only the topside though). It hasn't gone away either. And it's an internal (muscular) type numbness. Though I am still able to walk and flex that leg. Very interesting feeling.

I didn't know if this is related to GH or not? Has anyone else had this happen to them? How soon until it will go away?

Thanks
