I've been loosing more sleep than I should trying to figure out if I could have herpes or not. So here's the background: Nov 8 I went to a strip club where one of the girls was a bit too aggressive with me and there was mouth to mouth contact for only a few seconds. I didn't see her lips so I couldn't tell if she had sores or anything. The very next day I started developing tiny white bumps ALL over my lips, hundreds, and my lips burn ALL THE TIME. Shortly after I started getting little black spots on my scrotum, and bumps all up the shaft of my penis. Also I have a single purple very tiny (size of a ball point pen tip) right at the opening of my urethra and bumps running all the way around the head of my penis that are skin colored and a mild burning sensation. Also around Dec 15 I started getting a white coating on my tongue that won't brush off and it's numb most of the time. All of these symptoms have persisted NON STOP, and now I'm on week 12+.
I've been to my PCP 4 times, each time saying I must have Fordyce spots, but they shouldn't burn. I've been to the dermatologist who also said I have Fordyce spots, and all the bumps down below were either Fordyce or pearly penis papules. I've also been to the Dentist who also said Fordyce spots but nothing "sinister" to worry about. I finally demanded my PCP draw blood to test for all STDs last Thurday (so 11+ weeks post exposure). I got my test results back yesterday and was negative for everything including HSV 1 IGG & HSV 2 IGG, except my HSV IGM was equivocal at 0.95.
So my question is 1) do I have a herpes infection starting? 2) why isn't my body fighting it or developing any detectable antibodies by week 11? 3) if it's really just Fordyce and PPP why the burning sensation this whole time?
Any help would be great as I am loosing way too much sleep over this whole deal.
