Oral sex, is this herpes simplex?

Hi, im 28 yrs old male, a month ago i received fellatio (unprotected) from a prostitute but protected vaginal sex. The following day after the intercourse my penis begin to have have a tingling sensation. There is also a change of appearance in the penis like having wrinkles and sag when it shrink and the tip color is like dull. The following day my penis starts to have a burning sensation. The 3rd day after the intercourse went to seek a std doctor, take urine and blood samples. Since i have unprotected oral, doctor give me zithromax 2g and fasigyn 2g. Four days after the std test (clamydia, gonorrorhea, candida, hsv, hiv), all results came back negative, but urine pus cells is 8-10. But my penis continue to have a tingling and sometimes burning sensation. When i masturbate, my penis tip will sore.

Why does my penis appearance change?
Why does my penis still having pain and tingling when doctor already give me Zithromax 2g and Fasigyn 2g?
Does HSV IgG antibodies appear after 3 days of possible exposure? Should I do another test in few weeks time?
Is it possible that i might be infected with HPV? In my age, does Gardasil help prevent penile cancer?

Many thanks for the help.

Hi Grace,

Many thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention that I also have muscle pain on the legs. Now at the back of tongue also have some sort of blister and my lips sometimes have a burning sensation. Could this be oral herpes? But I did not perform cunnilingus.

Many thanks.

you need to return to be seen again. Your std testing was all done a bit early. you obviously have some sort of infection going on since there are white cells in your urine. Be seen again and get retested for ngu, prostatitis and gonorrhea.

none of your symptoms sound like genital herpes.
