Oral transmission of HSV2

I keep getting conflicting answers. Can HSV2 be spread through oral sex, even if your not on suppressive therapy?
Also, is there any recent updates for a cure/vaccination?

From information I have gathered, it is possible to get HSV2, but not likely, as the virus favors living in the nerves, that are located, beneath the sacrum. If by a very skim chance you did contract HSV2 orally, it would be mild, and most likely to not happen again. HSV1 can be transmitted orally and sexually.
