Paranoid i will get a cold sore?

About a week ago today i was clubbing with friends and i end up french kissing this girl at the club a few times, at the time i couldn't see that she had any cold sores present. The next day my friend said she seemed quite promiscuous. Ever since he said that i've been worried i will get a cold sore, and my lips have been tingling all week, however there are no blisters or bumps, they have been quite chapped and i have been nervously licking them a lot, the corners of each side of my lips are painful also. Could anyone tell me if they think this could be a cold sore? and how long after contact would it show up?

Doesn't sound like hsv at all. Your chances are almost zero. Not enough to even warrant much thought. Relax your anxious mind. You being to aware is your biggest enemy here.
