Please Help

This is a little embarrassing but here it goes. I was having unprotected sex with a woman for a few weeks (6-7 times That's all)

She had no visible sores and says she was tested and was clean.  I believe her, however,  I know the standard test does not include herpes testing.

Well about 2 weeks after our first encounter, we have sex again.  Long story short I end up masturbating without lube pretty hard.

The next morning,  I wake up and have a small rash on my penis, almost like it was rubbed raw and my penis was very swollen.

The swelling went down in a couple hours and the raw spot was gone in about 5 days. There was No puss,  it didn't scab, nothing like that.  It just healed.

Should I be concerned?

Thanks in advance

My first encounter was about two weeks prior to this.  I only mention the second encounter as a different possible explanation.

The rash I had looked to be friction burn but it still has me a bit worried.

The fact that it happened when it did, there was No pain or itching,  I had No other symptoms,  and that this spot disappeared in a few days would make it unlikely to be herpes. Correct?

Hi, if your concerned that the penis irritation is a result of herpes, its not. No std shows symptoms the next day and it would surly appear that the irritation is a friction burn.

Testing for std,s after unprotected vaginal sex is recommended if a person has a white penis discharge, urethra irritation or burning while urinating at about the 5 day  mark OR if they have a long term partner.
