Please could someone answer these questions

Hi
I'm not sure if I have genital herpes or just a bacterial infection or something.
Could someone please answer some questions I can't find on the web.
Can herpes appear on the groin, on the thighs between the scrotum?
I read an old response from a doctor on the forum who said it wouldn't be very typical with the first outbreak.
I had something which was diagnosed as probably candiosis on my foreskin, would it be possible for the second outbreak to occur in the fold of the groin if that was indeed the first?

Also how long or short could a second outbreak last. I noticed the fissures stopped weeping within a few hours after taking antibiotics and its looked to be healing quite fast.
It seems to be faster than I would have expected for herpes and at times I feel like it's responding to antibiotics but then I start thinking its clearing too slowly for antibiotics too.

How long or how short could a second outbreak last? Dr Hunter (or something like that, sorry I can't remember his name) told someone in a post that it was impossible that he had herpes seeing as though it cleared in under a week but that was a first outbreak.
So would it be possible for a second to clear in a few days?

I also wanted to ask has anyone heard of a white furry tongue being associated with herpes. I have conclusively tested negative for HIV now and don't seem to have anything else but I've had a white furry tongue for a month now.
When these symptoms started the tongue had begun to go back to normal, now I'm at square one.

Dermatologists would not see me until March and the sexual health clinic doctors had gone home early so I went to my GP who doesn't seemcto think its herpes.
He says it could be an ingrown hair that caused an infection but I'm sceptical.
So now I'll wait for the blood results from him.
A lot of people though seem convinced they have it and never get a positive result. Are the blood tests accurate?
I know with HIV test results overrule symptoms, always.
Is this true of the herpes tests?
If I get a negative at 16 weeks is it 100% conclusive?

Sorry one more question to add to the above.
I had about one and a half months ago what I thought might have been a primary outbreak on the foreskin too, but on the outside of the foreskin not inside.
If that was indeed a primary outbreak could the virus migrate to the inside of the foreskin for the secondary outbreak?

Thanks
Went to the doctor and he said my symptoms didn't warrant a test.
It looks like that was a fungal infection on my groin afteral.
However when I was showering night before last I noticed a red rash inside my foreskin.
When I looked at it first it was raised and had little bubbles almost but if I hadn't looked I wouldn't have felt it, there was no itching or anything it just appeared.
I washed the area with some head and shoulders and when I checked again the bubbles had gone down and the rash was more flat.
It did start to itch a bit the next day but what gives me a bit of hope is that the itching went away when I washed it with head and shouldera again.
When I check today it's still there, the skin is red but there is what looks like a cluster of small red dots.
It doesn't itch or hurt at all though.
I will do a herpes test tomorrow which will be at 12 weeks.
How accurate are these tests, I've heard a lot of people say that they know they have herpes yet the test comes back negative.
Is it a case of test over rules symptoms like hiv?
Is there anything else I can do so long?
I did have a negative test igg and igm or whatever it is at 8 weeks.
The dermatologist won't see me until late March.
I was thinking of going to another doctor and asking him to take a skin sample, is this a possibility.
It doesn't look like there's any fluid or open sores to do a swab.
Also this whole time I've had a white tongue that won't go away, I'm wondering if this could be a sign that my body has an infection like herpes.
Please any advise on what I can do from here would be much appreciated.

Yes the doctor is correct that a test at 8 weeks is a good indicator that you dont have herpes. Herpes would not migrate from your penis to the groin area. Everthing your describing would not appear herpes related. Do let us know our 12 week test result.

Thanks.
I wanted to ask how long outbreaks can last for?
On Sunday I noticed an itchy spot almost like a mosquito bite. On Monday morning I noticed some fissures above the itchy bump which were weeping.
Monday afternoon I went to the doctor and started taking antibiotics and a once off antifungal.
By that night the fissures had stopped weeping.
It healed up pretty quickly from there.
It did seem like something that was responding to antibiotics but then I worried that it could maybe just be a short mild outbreak that was going to heal quickly anyway.
The fissures basically just dried out and scabbed over.
By Thursday when I went back to the doctor it was pretty much all healed. it was quite itcht that morning but I think may be because of the scabbing and maybe skin being tight?
When I look today it's almost totally clear, just the last remnants of the scabbing over but you almost can't see it.
I do feel a bit of an itch there but it's not constant and quite mild.
I would think it was over too quickly to be a primary outbreak but could a secondary outbreak last such a short time.
About a month ago I had an unexplained redness right the way round the top of my foreskin with little red bumps but the whole skin was red and it didn't even really itch. It almost looked like it was swelling in places and going to form blisters but it never did. The doctor said it was candiosis and although it immediately seemed to respond to an antifungal the skin stayed quite red for a few weeks after.
Would it even be possible for it to migrate from the foreskin to the groin from a primary to secondary outbreak?
I've had a blood test now at 8 weeks and the Icg and Icm's or whatever those are called all came back negative for hsv1 and 2.
I told the doctor I thought it was too early but he said one of those values should have started showing positive by now if I had it.
In both cases he told me he doesn't think its herpes but it's worrying me that I've had these 2 unexplained things happen.
So my question is does it sound like it could be herpes and how does the duration compare?
Would be very grateful if someone could answer that for me

Hi, getting a negative herpes test at 16 weeks would be conclusive that you dont have herpes.
