Please help

I'm 20 years old and I'm worried that I could have an STD. I've been with my partner over 2 years and this last week we had intercourse for the first time. There was some oral sex involved as well, there was no protection at all from neither of us which I know was very risky.
She is my first and so I'm for her so neither of us has a record of partners or STDs, we were both virgin. The purpose of this post is because I saw 3 little red dots along the shaft of my penis when the skin is pulled down (noticed 2 days after I had intercourse). They have no white tip or anything, they just look like mild red and about 2mm wide. I don't know if it is an STD or not but I would like to get a little advice from here first before consulting the doctor. Also a bit of extra information. My girlfriend was very close to her period and 4 weeks before we had intercourse she had this vaginal infection because of her using tight jeans but she bought some creams and it went away a few days later and it hasn't returned. I don't know what else I could put on detail that may be of any help.
Thank you for reading and I hope I can get an answer :(

Also, I checked myself today and the dots became very light red but they are still noticeable. I hope its irritation >.<

She self treated herself with powder and creams. Told her to consult a doctor but within 3 days of stopping using tight jeans and putting that powder it went away. Thank you very much for your comment as well.

at this point best you can do is wait and see. if you were both virgins then hsv1 would be the only risk and at this point this doesn't sound like that is going on. honestly it just sounds like irritation at this point.  should it get worse, see your provider.

did your gf get properly tested for vaginitis or did she self treat?
