Tired of it

I have had herpes for over 30 years. It seems to have settled in the base of my spine.  Is this normal and why does this happen?

what do you mean it has settled in the base of your spine?

how were you originally diagnosed as having genital herpes 30 years ago? do you know if you have hsv1 or hsv2?

how do you treat your herpes?

what symptoms are you having? how often?
