Test Results?

Is or are there things that can affect your HSV1 or 2 test results? For example a woman going through menopause another STD etc?

Sorry! I recently had a Complete physical along with a complete STD panel done. With that my HSV1 and 2 test results came back as follows, Hsv1 igG .12 and then Hsv2 12.45? I retook both tests and they came back as follows, Hsv1 igG .20 and my Hsv2 8.0! Both where the same tests! Are there other medical conditions that can influence the test results? I heard women going through menopause could have false positives or elevated results. Along the test results line I have never had any of the symptoms described on the website at all. How long can HSV1 or 2 lay dormant in your body?
