herpes???

I've had intercourse unprotectedly with a female now for about 3weeks. I noticed a few days ago 3 pimple like looking things above my penis in the pubic area. I scratched them off and they turned into cold sore looking things. about a day later there were 4more similar but a lot smaller cold sores on the shaft of my penis. Intercourse is very rough and very moist. I'm wondering if the first pimple like looking things that after i scratched off and now look like cold sores is because of the vigorous rubbing of skin and hair and the ones on the shaft perhaps due to the extreme moistnest due to her multiple orgasms and once we are done we minimally whipe down and fall asleep and don't shower until the next morning or could it be an std like herpes?

At this point they'd be starting to heal even if they were herpes. seeingyour doctor for follow up is the best course of action.

you need to stop picking at these and go be seen. prompt evaluation of these is the best course of action whether they are due to herpes, irritation, fungus or anything else.
