Herpes, HIV or its scabies
I had protected oral and vaginal sex and followed by a hand job I do not know STD status of woman. I took hot shower immediately after the encounter. That night within couple of hours after the encounter, I had severe itch in my groin area.
Initially I thought it's fungal infection in groin area. So, I applied anti-fungal cream in groin. I applied it twice a day for couple of days and itching in groin reduced. But, saw swilling of skin on inner thigh on both side by the joint, seemed like swelling caused by friction between the legs and it did not hurt when toughed or squeezed. I kept applying the anti-fungal in groin area.
After 4 days of encounter I notice some dry skin on my penis, which got better after couple of days. No pain or rash or blisters on the penis. Urination does not hurt and is normal. I haven't had sex or masturbation since this encounter. I try to clean my penis everyday in shower.
After 10 days rash and itching starts all over my body right after hot shower. There are no blisters or liquid it them. I apply Aloevera gel to reduce the inflammation. So, on 13th day I did STD gave blood for test at quest diagnostics. Rash and itching continued, but rashes would come and go with few hours. Some time it is on me lower back thigh and some time it is on my back and some time it is in my arm pit, and some time around my chest and neck. I have been applying tea tree oil right after bath since 13th day of the encounter. \
I received the STD test results and all showed -ve. I was little re-leaved that HIV RNA test was -ve at 11 days, but rash and itching still continue. But I will retest again at 4 weeks..
I have started taking Vitamin C and L-lysine assuming I might have Herpes. But no effect on rash and itching.
14th day I notice swelling by my testicles. Again it does not hurt when toughed or squeezing it. I am really confused by the events. I have not had any fever or headache or vomiting or flu like symptoms or blister, just rashes and itch with swelling in groin, shaft of my penis seems little red, but not signs of pimple or blisters on the penis. I read some posts mentioning that hives can be caused by herpes. Do I have Herpes, HIV or its scabies.

Hi again, I received 5 week report from stdtestexpress everything is -ve. I still dont feel normal. I had flu like symptoms last week (dry thought, tiredness, little headache). One thing I have noticed since encounter is my semen has be yellowish and runny. It doesn't heart when I masturbate. I do see couple of tiny bumps at tip of penies. But it doesnt hurt or anything. I looked up online this coincides with clamadyia, but it's confusing because the tests came - e after 5 week. It should have detected if it was clamadyia. Please advise, any idea about my symptoms.
Went to doctor's today, doctor diagnosed as Scabies. I will give it a try. I will have std test next week for 4 week mark of the encounter.

Itching stopped as soon as Doctor gave steroid shot for scabies. I also applied the cream the doctor prescribed, clean all my cloths, bedding and entire house. Itching is completely gone for now. But still have concerns because of some of other symptoms. It might not be Herpes. But some other STI. I drive 1 and 1/2 hour to work each way every day. Lately I feel sleepy when driving back to home. some times so sleepy that I would have to exit the freeway and take a break for few minutes on the way.
Also as soon as I hit the bed I fall a sleep, it wasn't the case before. I sweat pretty much every day at night during my sleep. I also experience some abdomen cramps during daytime.
Any idea what this could be?

Cramping/ache is only on left side and more during empty stomach like in morning before breakfast, lunch or dinner. So, I have started eating more frequently and drink lot of water to cope with the it. I feel like it because of some kidney infection.
Thank you for quick response. Its revealing to hear chances for std are less. But, I still having negative thoughts about having HSV-2. Because of hives and timing of it after the encounter.
Definitely not hiv. You had zero risk of that. I also seriously doubt hsv or any other std from this protected encounter. Sounds more fungal or bacterial. Have a dermatologist take a look but the odds of any std is so small it isn't realistic.
