Possibility of STD, red irritated skin, itchy around
I am a 19 year old male and recently had relations with another man who was older than me by 15 years. We had kissed for 5 minutes, I had received unprotected oral for about 9 minutes, received protected anal sex for about 7-8 minutes and preformed protected oral for about 5 minutes. About a month later after the encounter (today) I noticed that my anus was itchy and burned a little and had someone in my household confirm that the skin not on but around my anus is red and irritated and there are goosebumps at the bottom of my anus but they are normal I believe. I also show symptoms of frequent urination and a slight burning discomfort off and on. I have been worried to death (nearly pulling my hair out and not sleeping for the past 3 days) that I have contracted HSV2 or HPV. However, in the past three days I have used soap directly on my anus and two different kinds also I had used toilet paper that was not that soft. I also have had diarrhea, could this be the cause of it? (Note this was my first sexual experience and a few weeks later I had received unprotected oral from another man, so 2 unprotected oral). After reading about the risk for gay men I have now convinced myself to never have sex again unless I am in a relationship where the partner can be tested. I am scheduled to go into the health department in a few days and receive an STD test from there and I am also scheduled to be tested at my regular doctors office in a month to receive another and get the Gardasil vaccine for HPV that I missed.
What are my chances of getting herpes and/or HPV and are these symptoms normal after 3 weeks?

usually it's something non-herpes going on causing the urination issues.
tiny white bumps aren't typically std related.
you should get an exam, not just std testing.

But I mean are the tiny white bumps and urination issues a normal early symptom of genital HSV1? It's only been about 5 days, should I be worrying? I have decided to go in Monday to have a full panel but this weekend, I will be worrying for sure.

if you have hsv1 orally, you aren't likely to contract it later on genitally. hsv2 isn't likely to be transmitted from receiving oral sex either.
you need to be seen since you have symptoms now. waiting a month won't give you the answers you need.

I noticed that irritation around my anus has subsided drastically. And also the urination and burning has slightly gone down after I have been drinking lots of fluids, however the tingle is still kind of there at the tip. Now I am even more concerned though. Last evening I had noticed three tiny white bumps below the head of my penis but not on the shaft (right under the gland behind the foreskin). They are very tiny but enough to be noticed there are also 2 others next to them that are very very tiny. They are white and one of them look kinda bubbly if you look very very closely. I have received unprotected oral from two men in the past month of unknown status, but there were no visible sores that I could see on either of their mouths. I also remember that I have gotten cold sores in the past on the corner of my mouth in childhood but now that I am older, I rarely ever get them.
I looked at them again in the morning and they seem to be disappearing but I am still worried that this is HSV1 or 2, I tried going to the health clinic but they only provide Syphilis and Gonorrhea testing both of which I don't think I have but it doesn't hurt to check. I also have a scheduled visit with my regular doctor in a month for a full panel but I can go sooner but it won't be with my regular doctor.
With the three white bumps, should I go sooner? (They have not broken and the skin is not overly red or irritated). Also I tried using a bath soak that would help irritated skin for my rectum, could this be the cause of the white bumps on my penis? your symptoms do not sound like warts. yes indeed having diarrhea will cause irritation in the anal area.
unprotected oral is low risk but not no risk. you should be protecting yourself by only giving and receiving protected oral unless it's a long term partner who's status you are aware of and trust. getting some basic urine testing is a good idea at this point to see what is causing your urination issues.
we recommend protected sexual contact because it works! you can still contract syphilis, herpes and hpv from protected anal sex but the risk of all 3 is very low. you have to wait 3 months post encounter for type specific herpes igg blood testing to see what your status is if you aren't having obvious lesions to culture.
