Possibility of herpes?

Hi

I had a protected oral sex with one girl whose status I donot know. She did not have any visible sores at the moment. We never had sex. I just removed the condoms and masturbated after that.  I donot see any visible sores near my penis and do not have any sort of itching/tingling. I just noticed a boil starting to appear on my upperlip but it could be because of too much heat. I never had any tingling/buring sensation near my lip at all before this. Could I contract herpes on my lips by anychance with this episode? Please help

Thanks
