Weird situation..Is it herpes please help

OK I'm male and have recently had unprotected oral preformed one by 2 women that I barely knew(very dumb I know) and protected sex.I have been to my Dr several times and then he left practice with my insurance provider so now I'm stuck starting with a new Dr that the earliest appointment is November 15th.I have had a blood test which the results were Negative for hsv2 and positive for hsv1.Long story short is started out as my glans of my penis becoming very red and irratated out of nowhere. Then as it progressed a few little zit like spots appeared .I immediately got in with my Dr because I was so stressed out and worried about it I couldn't eat or sleep and I started having an uncomfortable pain in my left testicle. My Dr seemed to think It was anxiety and said on my glans looked nothing like herpes and at that point wasn't even going to test until I told him I want to.So anyway It got better but the testicle pain came and went so I finally broke down and went to urgent care sucked up the extremely high copay and after another blood test was diagnosed as epidermisdes I think .Anyway gave me antibiotics and everything seemed to return to normal. Then a month later started having sex again everything went well cod a couple weeks until the redness came back.Once again my foreskin real red along with my glans and seems like my uncircumcised foreskin in hard to pull up to cover my glans.Going on a week and I'm starting to see a few zit type spots on the bottom of my glans just like my Dr said didn't not resemble herpes .I have Terrible allergies and sometimes they get so bad I break out in hives on my stomach. Its either a coincidence with allergies /sinuses but it seems I've had more headaches than usual and my leg muscles mainly calves seem sore but I'm a bit of a hypochondriac.I am looking for ANY useful info because 2 different Dr s think its NOT herpes. My previous Dr and 1 at urgent care.Would your white blood cell count be a indicator of a herpes infection because the urgent care Dr said he looked at that like it was a tell all sign backing up blood test.I've been  researching everything from balonitis to stretching my foreskin to needing circumcision.I'm for sure needing some advice from someone who's been through this.My penis doesn't really hurt just irratated and weird feeling. My Dr advised me that maybe anti depressants would be good for me with all this and my recent divorce but I just cant bring myself to go down that road .Something is going on here its NOT in my head.....Thanks any advice or knowledge is greatly appreciated

Your facial issues will be unrelated to your genital issues.

As you have HSV1 then yes it is possible in s stressed situation to experience some issues.

Equally there are plenty of skin issues that could align to what you describe.

Keep going with the cream, you must clean well every day and apply the cream for at least 3 weeks continuously.

I also had an episode where I broke out on my face and my doctor said it was shingles then this all started. My father has been battling psoriasis badly for many years I'm also wondering if that is a possibility.Has anyone heard of an allergic reaction like this?

I would think the doctors are right. These symptoms do not appear aligned with herpes.

Only HSV2 would be a practical risk given your existing HSV1 infection.

Testicle pain is not related to herpes.

It does sound like a persistent fungal or similar issue. Persist with antifungal creams or what your doctors have provided.
