Outbreak time

My boyfriend preformed oral sex on me while having a cold sore on the inside of his mouth.  It only lasted about 1 minute until I realized he had a cold sore.  About 10 minutes later I washed my vagina with soap and water.  I have not had an outbreak but I do have oral herpes already.  How likely is it that it will spread to my genitals and how quickly is it possible to experience an outbreak if I do contract it?  I am getting tested on Dec. 9 and this occurred on Nov. 27.

if you already have hsv1 yourself, going to get tested in dec will be a waste of time for you.   you don't have symptoms to culture so you'd be getting a blood test which would only tell you what you already know - that you have hsv1.

as jelyse correctly pointed out - canker sores are inside the mouth more so than oral herpes lesions are. Your partner should still avoid performing oral on you when he has them though because they are an open portal into his body and what is normal germs in the genital area, aren't always so normal in open wounds in the mouth. He should wait until they heal to resume performing oral on you.

have either of you ever been tested for hsv2 to know your statuses for it?

coldsores arent present inside the mouth, the ones inside the mouth are called cankers sore and are totally unrelated. also its unlikely u will catch HSV1 genitally if you have it orally.
