Question on test results

I recently had a HerpesSelect test done. The results are:

HSV 1 IgG = .29
HSV 2 IgG = .16

I know these results are negative. I'm curious though as to why the results aren't 0. Does this mean that I have some detectable level of HSV1 & HSV2 antibodies in my system? Could someone please explain for me? Thanks so much.

you never get a 0 because of the way they do the test. don't worry, your results are clear negatives.
