Still worried...

Hello,

I have posted a few times now. Still waiting for a response. Please help if you can.

About 6 weeks ago I had protected sex with someone that status I do not know.

Since then I have been under a tremendous amount of guilt and stress. I noticed a single tiny redish dot on my upper thigh that itched a lot at night. It went away within a day or so. No fluid or puss or scab. Then I saw one on my buttocks that came and went even faster. A dermatologist and doctor at the std clinic looked at these bumps and did not mention herpes and did not think it was scabies.

Since then I have had a few more itchy, (usually when I get hot or after a shower) tiny red dots. None of them look like what an average herpes outbreak looks like.

I went to the dermatologist because my skin would get large rashes on my back and chest after a hot shower. Is this a sign of an STD? Since cooling off the showers, they seem to be going away. My Derm told me that she thinks its just a form of eczema.

I went back to the clinic to see the doc one more time and he reassured me that the tiny red dots were not herpes. My mind is still racing. Wondering what this could be. Nothing has shown up in my genital region.

After searching this site, I'm wondering if this could be a type of fungal infection...?

Thank you

Hi grace,

Just wanted to give you an update.

I went to the doctor at the std clinic and he did not believe me red bumps were std related.

My dermatologist told me that it was folliculitis.

Thank you again for your patience and responses.

All the best!

I won't kill you but I did pack up my 2 pain in the butt dogs and they are on the way to your house. feed them well, keep all food , underwear , wash cloths and bars of soap up out of their reach and have fun :)

Dont kill me!

I have noticed a red spot in my groin area. Right below my belt line in my pubic hair. It is not filled w anything nor does it hurt. It's been there for a day and a half. Nothing has changed w it. It's just a tiny red spot... No itching or pain. It's been 7 wks since my last sexual encounter which was protected.
Please understand I realize how annoying I must sound. I am going back to the doc on Monday. Is there anything u could say to help me thru the wknd? Again, I realize how crazy I am getting.

Thank you Grace.

you need a new hobby that doesn't include looking at your naughty bits for any reason other than aiming.

Hello Grace,

I hope this doesn't annoy you too much. But I do have an update today.

After searching my genital area I noticed a very ting red dot on my scrotum. It is the size of a pin needle. It does not itch or look to be filled with anything.

My mind has started up again and I am desperate to hear your thoughts on this. Please reply when you can. Thank you very much.

you've been seen repeatedly and the providers do not feel that your symptoms are herpes related. why can't you accept that?
