OK, thanks for the update.

My doctor looked at my lips and those were clogged follicles according to her and from what I've seen on the internet they match that description.
There was nothing around my anus; I had a 3-4 inch spot in between my but and thigh go numb for 3 days or so before it started to hurt. So, in my head I assumed it was going to be a outbreak, but my doctor said it was most likely a compressed nerve and that herpes would 'hang' around like that without doing anything. As I described the spot to her I said initially it felt like a nerve was getting pulled out of the leg and that happened a few times over the course of 2 days or so before it went numb and after a few days of numbness came pain. Now though I have what appears to be a bruise in the middle of the numb/painfully spot. Would that be normal for a compressed nerve or does that sound like something herpes would do? So, it's been a good week and a half since that spot has been bothering me.
As for the spot on my penis; she said it looked irritated. I have been on a vigorous crotch watch for nearly a month at that time. In the area below my head where the skin is soft (I'm circumcised) I've been stretching that out looking for something and every little spot or whatever (most likely normal things I normally don't see) I pull and stretch even more. So, in all the creases and folds there the skin looks stretched or irritated. There was a spot under the penis head on the underside where my foreskin was attached where it was irritated enough to break the skin. I thought there was a scab on there after a couple days of leaving it alone and I barely touched it and it was gone. There was fluid, but as I'm thinking there will be fluid under any scab on the body. So, there was nothing to swab there, but my doctor looked at it and said it doesn't look like any sore from a herpes she has seen as she said there is no crater or anything where a scab or blister would have been. (there was never any blister anyway)
I was on doxcycline for almost a week before that and had a bad reaction to it (tingles all over body after taking the pills..arms, hands, feet, legs and face and made a spot on my lip and chin go numb for a few days) and was told it also makes your skin thin and since the skin around under my penis head is thin and soft to begin with it makes sense that I would be sore and hurt myself easily for over examining and also she said I may have had a minor yeast infection that helped that too. She had me put some anti fungal cream (basically I went to walgreens and bought something for a women to use) and put the cream on that spot and after a while it burned so I washed it off, the next day the spot seemed better (that may be in my mind that it's better though as I also left it alone). I also noticed that that cream touched my scrotum and it burned a lot there too. I'm not sure if that normal for that cream or not, but I don't plan on using that again. So, no sores on my penis just stretched out skin. (or so she says .... my paranoid mind thinks differently as that last 2 days my body seems sore to me. It's too early for a blood test has it's only been 6 weeks since my exposure.
If she gave you oral sex and you didn't kiss her then I don't see a way for the virus to reach your lips. You could be having some kind of systemic reaction to herpes but this doesn't seem likely to me. I think it is extremely important that you have the lesions on your penis and around your anus swab tested for herpes as soon as possible. Please let me know the results of this test.

Correct she only gave me oral sex and no kissing.
So she gave you oral sex but you never kissed each other? Is that correct?
Terri
Keep in mind I tested negative for both hsv1 and hsv2 a week after my possible exposure. I wanted a baseline and if I needed to worry...
