Can I put this herpes scare to rest?

Hi all. I've already had 3 IGG blood tests done at 1,4 and 6 months after having 2 brief sexual encounters with a woman I didn't know was HSV2+ at the time. Vaginal sex was protected but oral given to me was not. Have not had sex with anyone within that time frame and it's now 8 months post exposure.

I'm still somewhat scared as I have an itchy butt/anal area during the day (I work in the sun) which goes away when I shower. Also had symptoms such as red spots on head of penis that never oozed nor hurt nor itch, itching and a burning sensation around the groin area that never has really occurred again.

I'm really ready and seeking expert advise if to put this episode of my life to rest and go with the 3 negative test results as I'm embarking on a new relationship and do not want to expose anyone to this......or should I go do another test now at the 8 month mark?

Test results were:
1 month. HSV 1(0.1igg)
         HSV 2(0.0igg)

4 month test.
         HSV 1(0.0igg)
         HSV 2(0.0igg)

6 month test
         HSV 1(0.1igg)
         HSV 2(0.1igg)

Main reason I'm worried is because I read sometimes ppl may have it and antibody count is too low, or some take up to a year to convert etc etc.
