not sure need advice

On the 21st I had sex with my boyfriend and the next several days I had painful urination.  For one day, my urine had a funny smell.  The burning urination and smelly urine disappeared after a few more days.  I began to itch down there but when I examined I noticed no bumps inside my vagina or on my labia just a few bumps right below my vaginal opening.  They were small tiny bumps but two days later (the 28th) they opend to form cuts (i really don't know how to describe them other than it looked like the top layer of skin had been missing) There was three of those.  THey didn't look like a typical herpes outbreak.  Two days later I went to the doctor and was tested for herpes. She said it didn't look like herpes but could be folliculitis. The culture test came back negative but there was traces of HSV-1 antibodies in my blood test.  The "cuts" healed the next day, but I am still itchy and the area is red and raw and this is the 7th.  It looks like more bumps are forming but it's not on my vulva, just right below my vaginal hole same as before.  Also right inside the entrance to my vagina was kinda itchy.  I don't know if that's because I am paranoid and have been checking it almost every day.  My question is what are the chances that the culture was a false negative and what is the possibility of HSV-2 antibodies not being in my blood yet because it is a newly acquired infection?  What else could it be? Is it possible I had a uti or yeast infection? Can a yeast infection even cause bumps? How long does folliculitis last? I've only had sex with one person, my boyfriend, but we broke up for a little bit.  He has been with numerous people.  During our break up I received oral sex by a guy I was talking to(my boyfriend and this boy are the only people i've done anything sexual with)...HELP

did they also test your vaginal secretions for yeast and bacterial infections when you were there to be seen?

If this is a newly acquired herpes infection it won't show up on a blood test this early. has your partner been tested for herpes yet?

Well, hmmmm, you really do sell the fact that this could be herpes. Those cuts you see appear to be more of an ulceration which case herpes is the number one cause of genital ulcerations. I would get an IGG Test done now and one next month and 3 month period if it turns out negative from the ones before. I am not saying you have it but from what you have said, it wouldn't be surprising if your blood test came back positive for HSV. Have it checked out!!
