I had protected sex 3 weeks ago with a stripper. i had a fever the second day, and testicle pain mostly in my left testicle the pain is not going away, also i can feel a stiffness in my vein on the left side of my testicle coming up to my penis (it feels like its blocked or something) i was still wearing my condom when i ejaculated. now week 3 i had a pimple like on my shaft in the middle of it with a white tip i popped it and a white solid thing came out of it with 1 dot black in it. also i had vesicles on my finger i had them before all the time and they always tell me allergy or eczema but the combination of all what is happening to me is killing me with anxiety and fear

Hi, since first time outbreaks would be at point of contact the shaft pimple would not be herpes related as was covered with a condom also herpes sores are not white puss filled. Since nothing could get into your urethra, pain in your testicle would not be related to the affair from a std infection. It would appear that its more of an injury from banging it during the sex act.
Since your concerned have a doc  check you out but contacting herpes, using a condom where she did not have any genital sores the risk would be close to zero.
