Scared of single bump

I'm 20 (F) and have had 4 partners. I was tested after the first 2 guys via HSV IGG at 6 and 8 months post exposure and came back negative for both types. The third guy was 20 as well and had never had any sexual contact before me. The 4th is my current boyfriend. I had him get tested for everything before we started dating and he came back negative for HSV 1 and 2 IgG (I saw the results). His test was around ~3.5 months post last exposure. He's had about 10 partners all in our age range. Neither of us have been unfaithful.
Yesterday I noticed a small bump that's sort of on the edge of my buttcrack/in the back thigh butt crease. I don't notice it unless I poke at it which feels sort of like poking at a pimple as far as sensation goes. It doesn't itch and there's just one. It's pinkish and raised and there seems to be a head that's sort of yellow. I picked at it (bad I know) and it bled a little but didn't crust. It's hard to see without a photo but it looked almost a little indented at the top (it's not molluscum which I've had). I'm very worried this could be HSV. I'm going to get blood tested again but I'm just so stressed because I've been tested twice already and I've been trying to cover my bases. My current bf and I don't use protection because I have an IUD and he has those test results. We've been together 7 months (5 sexually active). Also I live in FL where it's hot and I do wear thongs and shave usually every other day down there including trying to get hair from my crack and in the creases (I can't see a hair growing from it though).

Bumps, pimples, boils, ingrown hairs...etc are very common. Again i wouldn't worry, but if you are then you should have it looked at by your dr or a dermatologist

Hi! So is the bump more likely to be related to the shaving or something? I'm just really worried that my boyfriend's test was wrong or something. I saw the results myself and it was the IGG and he's never had symptoms.

Bumps are very common in the boxer shorts region. I see nothing to worry about as far as hsv is concerned. You've covered your bases with the testing of you and your boyfriend.
