Can I pass HSV2 to someone through sperm only ?
I know of a lesbian couple who are looking for a donor, I am going to provide a sample into a container and they are going to use it to self inseminate, of course if there is no risk.

There are some documented cases of hsv2 being transmitted thru semen donation. Definitely I'd talk about this with your friends and give them a heads up before they accept your semen since it sounds like they are going to be doing this at home? They hoping to save a buck or two with the ole turkey baster method?
