Small zit herpes?

Hi i know i posted a couole of times here but im still in the possible exposure window period its now been close to 7 weeks since exposure, i have not had an actual outbreak of blisters anywhere in my genitals just itch and some discomfort, just yesterday i noticed two small pimes or zits in my thighs between my legs one on each side one went away the same day as i applied sanitizer its now only with a dark spot like the size of a pen point if not smaller really hard to notice. The other one is on my right thigh between leg it has a small hair in yhe center its now kinda gone since i also applied sanitizer could this be that a herpes outbreak is trying to come out? The zits fade quickly when i put sanitizer on them and dont grow.

Are herpes lesions less likely to occur if its been about 7 weeks from exposure? Also i k ow a herpes ob will be obvious to see or know that its an ob can they perhaps sometimes be missed like have an initial on and not notice it?

Zits are not herpes lesions, they are completely different.
