Are these herpes symptoms?

I'm a straight male who only has had female sex partners. A month ago I experiemented with a male, we performed unprotected oral sex on each other. That's all.

About a week ago or longer I discovered a sore in my right nostril. It was a patch of a few small bumps that were white. They stopped huring after I put neosporin on them and they have appeared to shrink, but they're still there. For the past few days I've been experiencing a sort of pulsing sensation on my bottom lip, along with an itching sensation on my lips. (They're dry and chapped, lip balm helped) And I just discovered something that looks like a pimple just below my bottom lip.

Does this sound like herpes or any STD?

what's the recurrence? If you are popping this thing like a pimple, chances are that is exactly what it is. People don't get herpes and pop them like they are normal pimples.

I have discovered a reaccuring pimple on the shaft of my penis.  It acts just like a pimple.  When I "pop" it by squeezing the base of it the material that comes out looks just like the gelatin sebum that comes out of a pimple on my face or arms.  Any idea what I should get tested for and what type of doctor should I go to?  The concern is that it is reaccuring.
Thanks
