Nipple herpes?

I came down with a cold sore and treated it with cream. It went down fast and was scabbed over in two days. by the third day, it was still scabbed but barely visibly and i got frisky with my girlfriend and briefly kissed and sucked her nipples. is she at risk of getting nipple herpes?

unless you know your gf's status, you can't figure out if she was at risk or not.  If she already has hsv1 orally, like 30% of the people your age do, it's not a real risk at all. If she doesn't already have hsv1, yes indeed it is a risk for her.

thank you for your advice. teenage years are tough times and i find myself overworrying sometimes. i am coming to learn that abstinence is the best solution.

Its a low risk.  But it doesn't matter in the future avoid doing the activities until the skin is fully healed and back to normal.

Sadly it doesn't matter.  There was a risk and you need to wait until your cold sore is completely healed and the skin is fine.

i know my mistake. my coldsore was completely scabbed over (very small and almost gone) and it never touched her skin. I didn't suck very long or hard, 10 seconds maybe. Just wondering what the chances are.

you and your gf can't decide what precautions to take until you know her status. has she ever been tested for herpes to know if she too has hsv1 or not?

you shouldn't be kissing your gf until the cold sore is gone if she doesn't have hsv1 herself.
