Spread to eye
How likely is it to spread genital herpes to your eyes? I have HSV1 genitally and sometime when I have an outbreak I scratch my outbreaks in my sleep. What are the changes if I scratch myself in my sleep and then rub my eyes with the same hand? Can I spread it to myself this way? Or really anywhere on my body. Thank you.

Hii. no it would not spread to any other area. When a person has an established infection in one area they are basicly immune to spreading it to another. Theres no ping pong effect.
