SUPER PARANOID PLEASE HELP

So from my previous post you can see that my husband tested positive for HSV2. I tested negative for both and then 6 weeks after I tested positive for both.
I guess you could say my husband gave me both.
I have been on 2x per day 500 mg Valtrex after my first genital outbreak. I got something in the inside of my nose which is probably a pimple, but since I am so paranoid Im thinking I am getting herpetic lesions everywhere.
My husband has never had cold sores and when they called him they said he was HSV2 positive. He also felt that he had something inside his nose.
Could this be an outbreak - is it possible I could be getting one while still being on Valtrex?
Also, what are the chances that the next outbreak could be on my lip - I have severe social anxiety and I'm having ISSUES WITH THIS.
I know it wasn't my husband's fault but all I think about now is herpes and i check myself everywhere thingking any moment something is goign to appear.
Please help.
What i really want to know is if the blister can appear elsewhere on my face?
I know for sure I got genital herpes - could it be both hsv1 and 2?
If i did get the outbreak down there and in my nose - what are the chances it will reappear on the same place?
also, can i get b oth at the same time? does that mean i can get more reocurrences?
or could it have been a false positive because of the antibodies?

please please answer this as soon as possible - i'm really going super crazy with this.
