Could I have something severe??

I recently had protected sex with a female, and five days later with a different female I had unprotected oral sex for about 30 seconds and the tip of my penis grazed her vagina. We also kissed all night. The very next morning I woke up with a burning/ irritation/ discomfort on the tip of my penis and on the inside of my penis around the tip. The symptoms lasted for about 3-4 days and I explained to the doctor my symptoms and he prescribed me with medication for chlaymedia (spelling) and testd me for it. The results came back negative and around day 5 of taking the medicine the discomfort came back. I do have to urinate frequently but sometimes it just feels like I have too but not much comes out. I really worried that I may have herpes but after reading some posts I do not feel as if I have some of those symptoms maybe its to soon to tell. Can any one help me with this, I'm petrified!

this doesn't really seem like a herpes issue. return to your provider for further testing.
