help pleas Could this be herpes????

2 days ago i quite foolishly had unprotected sex with someone i know.  i was in the shower and noticed a small roundish slightly smooth raised bump  that seems to be sightly red around the perimeter, and has a white center under the skin. it is slightly fluid filled, PAINLESS and dosnt itch.  it's been two days since my interaction with this girl and prior to her i hadn't had sexual intercourse with any one for over 6 months.  i dont check my self but felt i should after the encounter. i would not have known the two bumps were there if i didnt visually check. its obvious i could have caught something, it seems to be herpes but theres no pain at all, i dont feel it at all i happend to see the two bumbs.  one is on my shaft and the other smaller one is on my scrotum.  can anyone shed light on this, this wouldnt be syphilis right??  im freeking out and i really could use some insight, doc's appointment  isnt for a few days.  thanks for reading.

going to be seen is the best thing you can do to get to the bottom of things.

health departments in the US typically do not offer herpes igg blood testing but you'd have to ask.

yes indeed you could've had herpes prior to this and this is just your first noticeable recurrence.

im sitting here looking at graphic pictures of genital herpes and it's all really serious looking.  what i have is hardly noticeable.  could i have had herpes already and having sex with someone else who also had it caused it to act up?

you can get std testing from the health department for little to no cost. they'll do herpes lesion cultures too but if you've picked at this and popped it, too late for any lesion cultures to be done.

i just checked again, it did begin to produce a bit of dried material on the surface not quite a crust tho, i squeezed it and some puss came out followed by slightly clearer fluid.  it honestly is acting like a big flat fluid filled pimple. slightly smaller than a pencil eraser diameter.  it's slightly sore but after reading internet reports, the pain is hardly noticeable.

i was under the impression that syphlis dosnt show any physical symptoms for at least 10 days.  i noticed these two days after the encounter but seemed to  be there for at least a number of hours prior to discovering it.  i havent spoken to her, im comfortable communicating with her so im trying to avoid that.

have you talked to this gal to see if she's had std testing recently?

it could be syphilis but odds are it isn't.

going to be seen if the best thing you can do. herpes lesion cultures need to be done within 48 hours of the appearance of symptoms in order to be  most accurate.
