Does it seem like Herpes?

About a week ago I had unprotected sex with a girl I used to date. We remained friends after we stopped dating, she even introduced me to her boyfriend. The day of the encounter we were at my place and we had dinner, too much to drink and smoked a bit of marijuana. Later in the night while we were tipsy, we started making out on my living room couch, got undressed and I penetrated her for maybe a min or two before we walked to the bedroom. Once there, I was able to penetrate her further but was unable to maintain an erection so we stopped; this whole exchange took about 10 min. We waited a bit and tried again but it happened again even faster this time, maybe 2 or 3 min before we stopped.

The next morning, I felt a burn in my urethra when I urinated. I had felt this before after sex. Usually it goes away after, at most a day. The one time in the past it didn't, turned out I had a UTI. I got that handled and moved on with my life. This time the pain persisted again. The encounter happened on a Tuesday. About a week later, I noticed a small pimple-looking bump near the tip of the foreskin that covers the head of my penis (I am uncircumcised). I noticed 2 smaller ones on different areas for my foreskin, 1 of them I had to peel back to foreskin to see. None of them looked like blisters to me, but they were sore, very small and round. None of them were clustered, they were scattered around my foreskin area.

I went to the doctor the next day to get tested. I explained the above to the doctor and she did a visual examination of my urethra. She found a sore inside my urethra and took a swab of the results for testing. I have to wait to get the full results. In the meanwhile, she said there were signs of bacteria in my urine from the quick UTI test she was able to do at the clinic lab, she gave me some meds for the pain when I urinate and some antibiotics. I looked at the results the doctor gave me from and from what I remember, I noticed Leukocytes were at 25, which a quick lookup online told me this was abnormally high. Also, apparently it's important to note the nitrates were negative. I'm not doctor so I'm not sure I'm interpreting this correctly.

Also for context, I get really bad seasonal allergies which exacerbates my asthma. It's not life threatening but it does make the spring time a difficult time due to all the allergy and asthma symptoms and the fatigue I get from my body dealing with all of this. So while I have felt somewhat sick, I have not felt any symptoms that were uncommon for me with my spring allergies aside from my story above.

I've been looking online to try to get a sense if what I have is Herpes, another STI or something else completely but I'm getting mixed results. Is there any professional out there who is willing to give his/her opinion based on what I've said?
