Unprotected sex, outbreak starts almost a month to the day.

So I had unprotected sex on the 23rd of last month and I had an out break about 3 days ago.we only had sex one time and I didn't have these symptoms prior to that. I went and got a full STD panel from the hospital and my blood work came up clean. I know it can take up to 3 months. I only have 2 ulcers on my vagina and one on my butt the one on the butt is new as of today.i have only had a vaginal discharge that white and milky and these sores. No other symptoms I can think of. Is this herpes? When do outbreaks normally start to show after exposure. I plan on getting re tested but I am driving myself crazy.please help!!!

You can try and get tbem swabbed and pcr tested for hsv. Yeast infections can cause what you describe and hsv rarely if ever causes the type of discharge you describe.

I was thinking it could also be an extreme yeast infection be cause last week I noticed a milky watery discharge and a little itching. I was waiting for this paycheck to get the meds for it when the sores appeared. I didn't have any symptoms and I didn't have sores till a few days ago and if I had sex on the 23rd it's been over a month. And extreme yeast infections though rare can cause sores on the butt and vagina from what I've read.
I also just noticed today that the discharge looks like cottage cheese.

A primary outbreak almost always happens within 14 days from exposure. Most in 4-7 days. It rarely takes up to 20 days. A month later woukd be extremely unusual. Dud your dr swab the the sores?
