Uretha opening soreness

I had unprotected oral sex, got STD tested - blood and urine, all came back negative. However the uretha opening on my penis is a little sore, what could this be and what should I do?

no reason for any hiv testing from oral sex for starters but indeed all your testing was a waste of time and money due to being done too soon :(

Your testing was done too soon.  You should have had the testing at various times. For Herpes and HIV it was done early.  You need at least 3 months for HSV and HIV testing.

Provider just agreed with me in getting an STD test- they didn't offer any suggestions as to what it could be. I just got my test results back so I haven't gotten a chance to ask my doctor yet. As far as my test results I tested negative for HIV and syphalis and they said they would contact me if my test for herpes and chlamydia cane back positive and I haven't heard from them so I assume I am totally clean.
Which makes me wonder what is causing my irritation.

the risk of a std from oral sex is low in general.

when you are seen, what does your provider feel is causing the irritation?  how long ago was the oral sex?
