Hard white spot on my frenulum

Can some please help me? I am 21, know reason to have a STD but getting checked tomorrow (was clean the last time) but I have a problem I just found today.
I just realized I have a small hard white spot on my frenulum. There know traces of any other spots around the head of my penis or near it except the spots called Fordyce spots. The spot is not painful itchy or irritating me.
I am afraid it could be something serious like a STD or cancer, dose anyone have an explanation why this happened? I am uncircumised aswell which I dont know would cause this or if it could.
Advise as soon as possible would be great, thank you for reading.

First of all your being clean has nothing to do with STD's.  Being clean is when you take a shower and use your soap.

Second your using know wrongly.  Know is when you are have knowledge on the subject to which you are speaking of.  You are using the word for not having something and that word is no.

You are on the herpes forum.  It doesn't sound like herpes.  If you are curious as to what this is you can ask on the dermatology forum.  But you need to be seen by your provider for a proper work up.
